Disney World is amazing!

But if you're not looking to spend a fortune, I suggest Myrtle Beach, S.C. It is one of my favorite places to go on vacation. There are many things to do there, including the awsome Atlantic Ocean.

Cruises are nice because you pay one price and that takes care of your meals and lodging all at once and the bonus is that you get to go to several places instead of just picking one.

I would suggest Orlando FL or a 3-day Bahamas cruise. Orlando is beautiful, plenty of places to hang out (inside & outside of Disneyworld. Id suggest hitting Universal Studios for a day, nothing like it!), plenty of places to eat along I-Drive (International Drive), & there are hotels located along I-Drive where the action is although they will run you more. We stayed in Kissimmee to cut hotel costs which isnt more than like 20 min (?) from Orlando, if that. Cruises are more affordable these days, despite what people say. You can get a 3day Bahamas cruise for like under $400 these days dependingon what kind of room you get, what time of year you go, etc. The later in the year you go, the cheaper they get. Id suggest like, October or something where you are past hurricane season, its not stifling hot & the prices are cheaper. U can choose to get a flight thru the cruiseline but it will cost you less if you just do it thru expedia or travelocity or some other travel website. Hope this helps! Jamaica does not fit your budget then I say go to Cancun Mexico or consider Merida, Mexico other option you take a Cruise to Cayman Island, Belize, and Cozumel, Mexico where you will not pay for hotel. Or go with airline and hotel package shopping for prices to meet budget. Barbados and Puerto Rico also has good deals. You get cheap tickets to Europe but look out!!! Hotel and food will get you.. Would you pay $ 26 for McDonald's? For Europe consider Paris and Spain

Also buy the New York Sunday Times. In the Travel section I found the best deals.

If you've never taken a vacation before, I recommend a road trip. I've always viewed vacations as a way to escape and experience the differences of people. It's cheap and can be quite an adventure. Though if your not into that, Vegas is a must.
