Where should I go on my honeymoon in September? |
Right after Labor day (early September) I want to go to a warm spot in the Americas. What city and country should I go?
I've already been to Cancun Mexico, Playa del Carmen Mexico, and Aruba. So I want to go to somewhere new.
What would you suggest? |

You need to go somewhere the hurricanes don't go. I would suggest these islands: Curacao, Bonaire, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Tobago,Trinidad and Barbados. Hurricane season June 1 to Nov 30th. Worst months Sept and October when the caribbean waters have heated up and fuel the hurricane.
Also check out Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta.
Take out travel insurance as a back up plan.
Congrats and good luck

I would stay away from the Caribbean. Too much danger of hurricanes in the fall. Try Summit County Colorado. I have stayed at Keystone Resort many times in the fall. It is stunning. The aspens are turning golden. It is "between seasons" for tourism so the rates should be good and the crowds gone. Try some horseback riding, hot air ballooning, trout fishing and sightseeing. |

HI!
Despite of general opinion the best spot for honeymoon and even
the marriage ceremony is the Dominican Republic, because it is
beautiful, and that time of year less expensive than all the other
islands. If you take contact with gg.consult@yahoo.com they will
surely help you with a full package at a good price and with no
red tape! I know them they are really good at it. |

I went to Playa del Carmen and I loved it! If you go there, you should stay at the Riu Palace resort. It's absolutely beautiful. Make sure that you go to Xcaret, which is an eco theme park. I think that it's actually in Cancun though, but I'm not sure. |
