Aruba, Punta Cana, Jamaica, Barbados and the Cayman Islands would be my top choices!

Thailand 1st time I suggest Phuket or Koh Samui. They are islands one is on the gulf of Thailand the other is in the Adannan Sea (Indian Ocean).

If you like the mountains Chiang Mai.
Elephants, Tigers, beautiful silk, teak products, carved bone and inexpensive.

I think the Hawaii Islands are very exotic. Beautiful and breathtaking.They are the most beautiful natural islands I have ever been too.

Aruba is a wonderful place to go. Its a small island that you could drive around in about an hour, but there's so much to do. You can go snorkeling or just lay on the beach and enjoy the sun. Everything there is simple and tropical. From what you said, I think this would be a wonderful place for you.
