Where should me and my boyfriend go on holiday?

Me and my boyfriend want to book a holiday for the summer between July and September, its our first holiday together so want it to be special and peacfull with the option of nightlife close by. We had thought about the dominican/maldives but think it would be abit too quiet and.... i am a little worried about hurricanes, although it does seem lovely. Any ideas? We have a budget of around £2500 and needs to be for 7 nights, preferably all inclusive and no kids around at the hotel if possible in a 4-5 star accomodation. thanks

I was jsut about to suggest Dom Rep! I went there with a friend in october and tht is when the hurricane season is, if you went in july you should be fine! We stayed in the rui complex, with the choice of the 3 different hotels all on one complex. We stayed at the merengue! Which was in the middle so it was a good walk to either side, all inclusive and you could use facilities from any of the hotels! Was a great holiday, and a suprising amount of fun as well as peace and quiet! x

I'd vote for Barbados too! Beautiful, clean and tourism-oriented.

There are a ton of deals to the Caribbean for July and August. There are many all inclusives that aren't with the masses. Many feature sit down eating as opposed to the terrible "buffet style" factories. I'm sure you and your boyfriend will find this more romantic.

I would check lastminute.com, Expedia, etc. Like I said, many deals exist during that time period.

Have a great time!

my and my bf went to dominican for our first holiday - I would never go back. We then went to Cuba for two weeks and it was amazing my favourite place so far with good night life. We went to the Maldives last year no night life really but really really romantic but very exspensive we went for 2 weeks

Forget Dominican Republic...Cheap and Chavvy!!

Barbados is Beautiful. But, the Far East is so much better than carribean. Take a look at Koh Samui or Phuket in Thailand. They don't have all inclusive but it's so cheap and hotels are so classy

Cuba is wonderful it would be within your budget and several are "adults only." A sugestion would be Brisas Jibacoa, Varadero. Check the reviews on trip advisor I've also added a couple of information sites. wherever you go enjoy.

A grammatical finishing school might be a start. Try:

"Where should my boyfriend and I go on holiday?"
