im really looking for the place when jack and will found the heart, that island is what im looking for, because the beach looks beautiful there.

Its Very Hot In Jamaica
The fictional name of the island is Isla Cruces however i dont hink anyone knows exactly WHERE those scenes were shot.

Filming began on February 28, 2005, with locations once again in the Costa Alegre, in Jalisco (Mexico) and Barrouallie, St. Vincent. The sequel also includes location shooting in Dominica as well as The Bahamas.

The Pirates of Caribbean 2 (and 3 also) was filmed on Dominica, St. Vincent and in the Bahamas.

look on http://www.dominica.dm/pirates.htm and there is a clip with interviews which says which parts were filmed on each island.

It was filmed in The Dominican Republic in the Caribbean.

It was shot on the island of Dominica. We sailed our boat there the same that Johnny Depp left.

It was filmed on St Vincent, Dominica and in the Bahamas. The island you are thinking of is in the Bahamas and it looked an awful like Conception Island...a small spit of uninhabited land and part of the National Park System. And you are right, if it is Conception Island it is beautiful. You also can only get there by boat.
