I am going in June! I'm staying at Breezes Runaway Bay Resort. It's all-inclusive and I'm actually getting married there! I searched for months trying to find something--hopefully it will be as good as the reviews!
They have TONS and I mean TONS of extras. Free scuba, snorkeling, non-motorized watersports, many resturaunts, great beach, free alcohol, and it's adults only (or children only over 14 or 16 or something).
I'm very excited!

Sandals for sure. They offer all that you require and more.

i stayed in sandals royal carribean which is in montego bay. Its was all inclusive the food was fab with an excellent choice, it also includes imported as well as locally produced alchohol. Water sports a plenty. wonderful rooms , its never over crowded , the beach is unbelievable and it has its own private island with a pool bar and thai restaurant. I would move into that hotel if theyd allow me too it was heaven on earth!! worth every penny!! good luck.

Here are a few choices i will suggest to you. You can look into the possiblity of staying at one of the Sandals Property, but here are the better ones;
1. Sandals Royal
2. Sandals Negril
3. Sandals Ocho Rios
4. Sandals Dunns River

You could also look into the Superclubs, the properties i would recommend are;
1. Sunset Jamaica Grande
2. Sunset Beach Resort
3. Breezes Runaway Bay
4. Starfish Trelawny
5. Grand Lido Negril

You can also try the newer Properties like;
1. RIU Negril
2. RIU Montego Bay
3. RIU Ocho Rios

These properties i have mentioned are very good properties with some of them offering specials at the moment.

I would recommend The Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort in Montego Bay or the RIU in Montego Bay! I am going to jamaica in three days to the RIU! I heard it is amazing and it is also brand new! I went to the Holiday Inn last year and loved it!

I took my two daughters to Starfish Trelawny last month and we all want to go back. It was a great price and included rock climbing, trampoline, circus school, waterslides, pools, beach, snorkelling, sailing, glass bottom boat, excursions.... I have travelled a lot in the Caribbean so it depends on what you are used to. The food was great (as was the weather) and the security is there on the beach and the hotel. The rooms weren't great but you aren't there for the room. Get one away from the piano bar if you want to sleep!!! There is a spa on site as well. The crime/drugs scared me too but after I wasted half the time worrying about leaving the resort, we went down the beach, off the resort and it was wonderful. Jamaicans are wonderful!!! Don't walk on the beaches at night though... but most people wouldn't walk down the streets of a major city in North America at night either.

PAUL L
i wouldn't go there again, its not safe, if we went for a walk outside hotel we would be pestered to buy drugs so we stayed in hotel and grounds not what we are used to we like to go and explore, glad to come home
