Costa Maya and Cozumel in the Western Caribbean are very peaceful and beautiful.

St Vincent & the Grenadines. Not overrun by tourists at least North American tourists so still clean, beautiful, unspoiled, great diving, sailing, not usually hit by hurricanes/tropical storms. And I was born there so I'm impartial

Trinidad and Tobago.

Here is why. There is no other country in the caribbean, and I have been to a few, that you as a visitor can enjoy night life 6 days a week (No parties on Monday).

Trinidad:
During the day you can visit the Botanical Gardens, in Port-of-Spain, beautiful with all aspects of caribbean plants and flowers.

There is also the Pitch lake which is the largest in the world, they say if you wash your face in the water that settle's in the lake it cures acne.

Maracus beach may not be the best in the caribbean, but where else can you get a bake/bread and shark with vegetables and a cold beer. Nuff' said.

Night time. Well here is where it get's great. You can drive through St. James and hang out, "lime", in the streets drinking beer and eating roti with not a care in the world.

Then there are the night clubs, and bars where you can choose based on what type of music you would like to hear, but remember Soca music rules.

Tobago:
Beaches, sun, local food and a country/beach type atmosphere. This is the place to relax and no one can argue that visiting the reef and swimming in the Nylon pool where you are over a mile in the ocean and the water only reaches you by your waist and the sand under you is pure white.

Now that is beauty and a fun week vacation...

Check out Dominica via the links below. From the islands I've been too, Dominica was the most "pristine." I didn't think the island had an airpost capable of handling large commercial jets and that you had to take an island hopper from another island; but someone sent me a nice, nasty message saying the island has two airports and that I was crazy so you may want to check that out for yourself.

The twin island nation of Trinidad and Tobago! Hands down, no contest.
Trinidad beautiful and vibrant. Full of exotic sights and lively night life. Tobago is serene and gorgeous. The food is awesome and the people are talented and wonderful. The music is pulsing. The people are very mixed culturally and racially, the population is unique and many creeds are celebrated . What more could you want?

I think anywhere in the Caribbean is full of peace and beauty. People on these islands care about about their country and welcome their visitors with open arms. The friendly people, beautiful beaches and laid back attitude make the Caribbean nothing short of paradise, anywhere you go.

They're all beautiful. In my opinion, from the cruises I've been on, St. Lucia near "twin peaks" is really pretty and also St. John's.

Take a cruise...see them all and then decide for yourself!

Check out iBtraveling.com for some great rates. I usually find something there.

Trinidad is ok; folks there are very friendly...but sometimes tricky; good beaches and lofty mountains to the North. Watch out for the traffic in Port of Spain.
The people of Barbados are very courteous; Good beaches, secret hideouts and safe night life.
Grenada is the Unique vacation spot; splendid beaches, Grand Anse Beach is rated as one of the Best beaches in the world. The people are warm and friendly, modern Hotels and great sailing and scuba diving. Enjoy!

To me none of them really. They might have beautyful islands but far too expensive for everything. Lously service, dirty rooms, lazy personal and just simply overpriced!
