Which Caribbean island has best all-around scenery?

I'm looking for a Caribbean island with a lush landscape and great sandy beaches. Which one should I choose?

Grand Cayman Islands are nice, but they were just wacked by a hurricane a couple of years ago so all of the shrubbery is no taller than a two-story house.. The beaches are gorgeous but the landscape is by no means lush.
However, Jamaica is just astonishing. It's like lush rainforests and beautiful beaches and the water is flawless. That's got the most "lush" landscape and great sandy beaches. I suggest a cruise, where you can stop at three places in the caribbean (for cheaper than a regular vacation, since it's all-inclusive!) where you can visit all the caribbean has to offer. The Carnival Triumph goes to the Grand Cayman Islands, AND Jamaica! It also stops at Cozumel, Mexico, where the beaches are gorgeous, but again the landscape isn't as amazing as Jamaica's. Have fun :)

Definitly Puerto Rico. They have lush green mountains & a tropical rain forest with waterfalls to swim in. There is even a dry forest with cactus. There are beautiful white, golden & amber sand beaches lined with palm trees. Gorgeous sunsets, caves and crystal clear waters with coral reefs. And even the citiscape is beautiful when you visit the spanish colonial cities of Old San Juan & Ponce.

the cayman islands & the Bahamas have nice beaches, but no green mountains, they are a little bare. I also think other islands like Jamaica & Dom Republic have great nature landscapes, but these islands are more dangerous when travelling alone. You should go with a guide.

Jamacia and Grand Cayman Island!

By far Grand Cayman.
There is so much to do and the scenery is something out of a movie. The seven mile beach is the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. There are several hotels and condos you can rent for a good price right on the beach.
Then you have fun things to do like sting ray city.
And the town with a ton of wonderful shops and a great choice of restaurants.
There is a large air port right on the island so you can fly right in. (very convenient)

This Web site is great for planning

I would say Guyana. It is called the Land Of Many Waters because there are beaches and water.Beautiful scenery. The people there are sooooooo friendly and welcoming. The food it amazing, there are mangos, coconut, and many more delicious and tropical fruits. There is also a museum where you can see different animals.Besides im from there!Oh i almost forgot there is the Demerara Floating bridge which is the largest floating bridge in the world. It floats above water.

enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
