and narrow your search down a little..
Negril and Ocho Rios are very different.. Negril is more walkable, where as Ochie you need cabs to get around more often.. Ochie's beaches many times are more cove like, where as Negril's are long stretches of public beach.. Ochie has the cruise ship tourism, which makes it crowded at times. I didn't fall in love with Ochie like I did with Negril.. I liked it and it's beautiful, but just didn't feel it.
As for Negril hotels.. Are you talking budget places???
If so check out White Sands.. I loved it there. Very basic, but clean and an awesome beach front.. If your talking a little more than that look at Coco La Palm. My other favorite. Clean, perfect location, and near so many great places to eat and drink.. They both are really. Just comes down to what you are looking for in a hotel..

i went to negril a few weeks ago, beaches negril is a great family resort, its allinclusive many different resturants water park, lazy river, everything you need is all included in the resort and if you feel like going somewhere else you can get a shuttle to the next resort, beaches sandy bay and have dinner or whatever there. its lovely! |
