Which is a better place Costa Rica or Punta Cana for honeymoon? |
We are having a hard time which place to decide for our honeymoon. If anyone has any experience on which place is good can you please share that with us. We greatly appreciate all your replies. Thanks. |

It depends on what you want to do. Punta Cana has beautiful beaches (recognized as among the most beautiful in the world) and very impressive resorts. Most hotels are All Inclusive, so you don't have to worry about added expenses. However, there's little to do outside of the resorts.
Costa Rica is much more diverse. You can visit different places, from volcanoes to cloud forests to beaches. There are more activities if you want to explore. Zip lining and whitewater rafting immediately come to mind.
Hotels in Costa Rica tend to be smaller, and there are fewer All Inclusives (the Paradisus Playa Conchal is the best of them). The beaches are not as nice as in Punta Cana, but they're not bad (just be aware that most tourist destinations are on the Pacific, not the Caribbean).
So it depends on what you prefer. If you just want a beautiful beach, probably Punta Cana is best. Otherwise, if you like exploring and moving around, I'd go with Costa Rica. |

my parents are going tomorrow for there honeymoon they never had. they are getting the whole 9 yards down there, the place upgraded them to a expensive suit, they get a lot more stuff too i don't remember tho.
but anyways i recommend punta cana just b,c it is breath tacking nice, clean, and there is not as many tourist there!!!!
i been there twice and i luv it that is where i want my honeymoon to be at!

Punta Cana is a beach destination in the Caribbean. Costa Rica is in South America. It's a different kind of vacation. It's about the rain forest, mayan ruins. It's beautiful but very different than the caribbean.

The whole touristic area of Dominican Republic is good. As soon as you get there you feel the freedom and you enjoy it a lot. don't forget to try mangu with lots of salami. you will love it !!!!!!!!!!! |
