Just got back from Riviera Maya, Mexico, just south of Cancun, stayed @ the Secrets-Capri, 6 golden apple, all-inclusive. It doesnt get any better than this, if you tell them your on your honeymoom, extra perks! Congrats!

Try the Sandals Resorts. They're really good and all inclusive.

The most exclusive resort must be Parrot Quay in the Turks and Caicos. Very, very expensive! Beloved of film stars and other wealthy people. http://72.14.253.104/search?q=cache:I-dCreJgEWwJ:www.cntraveller.com/ReadersAwards/2002/Hotels/+parrot+quay+turks+and+caicos&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=3&gl=us

Generally I would no more go to the Caribbean than I would visit Libya right now. Or any Fun In The Sun singular dictatorship along those lines.

if you do indeed want most exclisuve, Peter Island or Little Dix BAy in the British Virgins; if you dont have a passport, then Caneel Bay in St John US Virign Islands.....and as they say about yachts, if you have to ask how much you can't afford it!

Jason M
Most of the answers are good and opinion varies. I would say Peter Island in the BVI's and Caneel Bay in the USVI's. One place not mentioned is Necker Island, which is just NW of The Bitter End. Necker Island is owned by Richard Branson, the Brit that started Virgin Airways. My vote in order for exclusivity is
Necker - Peter - Bitter End - Caneel

They are all awesome, cant go wrong. Oh yeah and bring the cash, they are all very expensive!!!
