I would say Tobago - you can get the sun, sea and sand of a Caribbean vacation and compared to some of the others, it still seems pretty scenic and untouched by commercialism. It's the sister isle of Trinidad, so you may have to make a connection to Trinidad from there - it's only a 20 minute flight, and worth every minute of it. Check out www.tobagoguide.com - I used that site when I planned my vacation there in August. |

St. Thomas. Good beaches and good shopping for jewelry, watches and spirits. Renting a private villa is a great way to enjoy privacy away from the hotels. Try www.mclaughlinanderson.com. And, St. John is only a 20 minute ferry ride away. Great for a day vacation. Snorkel at the underwater park and visit the great beaches. |

Puerto Rico the puertoricans are they nicest ppl I have ever met and Puerto Rico is a beautiful place plus in the holidays they have lots of Concerts, and what they call Fiestas Patronales which are this types of fair that every town has and the holidays last longer there cause they celebrate Xmas,new years,Three Kings Day, and in old San Juan they celebrate in St. Sebastian street a weekend long festival which is basically a 3 day party ! Puerto Rico is an awesome place I guarantee u will love it ! |

St. Martin, as the beaches are quiet, there are no noisy Casios as on the Dutch Side (Sint Maarten), and the accommodations are just as good. |
