St. Croix. It is a good, medium sized island with tons to do. St. Thomas is too commercialized and St. John is too expensive. St. Croix is a good mix! Enjoy! |

I know there are several, but I've never been there so I can't tell you which one I'd take. Wish I could go sometime aussiechick...I'd like to take a yacht out of Florida and drop in on several of them and find the best one....like a couple of weeks worth of wandering around, then I could tell ya....It would be awesome. |

If you want to party, go to St. Martin...great beaches, food, casinos, pubs, live entertainment every night and fairly reasonable prices if you're into shopping (duty free). ENJOY !!!
If you want a quiet island environment at a reasonable price, try Bequia, which is English speaking; or Isle de Saints, which is French speaking. |

mind would be St. Maartin/St. Maarten in the Leeward islands. I visted there over several months. The island is divided between the French and Dutch. Both sides have wonderful restraunts. And the caribes are the nicest people if you ever want to meet. After being there I'd like to visit more of the islands. |
