Anguilla has the best beaches, snorkling is great there, (saw a stingray, seaturtle, and lots of pretty fishies), and nightlife rocks if you know where to look for it. Try Sandy Ground around the lake.
ABC,123 ..i could go on
St Lucia or Barbados you decide

I think the USVirgin Islands are the best especially St. John. No passport needed right now and it's USA owned.

St Lucia all the Way :)

Antigua 4 sure: 365 beachest (1 for each day of the year) water so clear you can see your toes and sand. Hiking, snorkling, Carnival Festivities - last week in july - first week in August... lots to do.
I have to admit though, any of the Caribbean Islands would be an Excellent Choice.
