I from Trinidad and Tobago, and I love my country no matter what. Compared to other nations, we have far less problems with crime and drugs and all that stuff. Trinidad is my home and will always be my home, no matter what.

At one point in time it used to have people come on here and bad talking the country and all that, talking bout how dey leaving cause of d crime. But i realise that these people have never lived elsewhere and really dont realise that here is probably the best place on earth.

Honey I used to get real upset about it and then I start thinking of it in this way-ONE individual hating is only a majority of ONE and a majority of ONE could never hold the dominant or popular view.

Trinidad and Tobago nice... nice nice..... A real paradise.... Don't matter the little problems the country have because even America have Crime, Racial problem, and nuff nuff people with political agenda.... And them dey- say they are the best.... So iz no-scene for Trinidad..... We little country does support all them other small island in the Caribbean wid we oil wealth... And even supporting the US with 80% of their Liquid Natrual Gas needs... We doh have no wars in the country... And no famines.... So no matter what I gon' continue blessing up Trinidad and Tobago cuzz we could have it worse. All we have to do is start hanging them criminals again and get rid of all this American thug gang culture that is getting imported on TV and stuff and everything would be cool again.

I LOVE TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO. THIS IS MY HEART MY LAND MY HOME. PEOPLE ALWAYS SAY NEWYORK IS BETTER. IN NEW YORK AND ALL AROUND THE WOLRD YOU ARE JUDGED BY THE COLOUR OF YOUR SKIN. IN SWEET T&T NO ONE CARES. TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO IS THE ONLY PLACE I FEEL AT HOME AND HAPPY. allyuh see dem haters ....is ah set ah seasonal Trini, only when thing nice dey does call themself Trini.
Now given that we have we problems eh ...but oh gosh man dey does make it sound like we wus than Iraq or someting.
But i like wah some ah allyuh put up dey. At the end of the day all ah we is one and this is we land (problems and all) so let we start to fix instead ah cussing. Bad talking does NOT help.

crime rate in Trinidad is rather high... and, I might add, the drug problem (crack cocaine) in Grenada got started by dealers in Trinidad. Now, Tobaga is nice, I like it there.

yeah i am from trinidad and no i do not like it again it used to nice but now you can't go anywhere without looking over your shoulder and CANNOT take public transport without thinking if you are going to be kidnapped or robbed or something my best friend went through it all and also seeing and reading what's happening i do not love it anymore that's only a 1/8 of my story why .
