I got back from a week at Atlantis. It was wonderful! My husband and I stayed in the Royal Towers. It is the most pricey, but the rooms were a little nicer. Definitely purchase a meal plan! We were very satisfied with the Modified American Plan. We are definitely going back, but will not stay as long. There is not that much to do, especially after you get sun burned. The best part of the trip was an excursion to Exuma Cay! It was fabulous! It can be booked through Island World Adventures. If you have any questions e-mail me.

awesome hotel/casino/aquarium. it is a beautiful island. it is very close to cable beach which is beautiful. The suite that connects the two towers was once rented by michael jackson.

I have done the day pass visit to Atlantis. The water features were lots of fun and so was having a relatively uncrowded private beach area. It is very expensive though.
I have a friend who lived in Nassau at the time, so I didn't stay there.

My mom stayed there and loved it. She has travelled all over the world and said that this was by far the most beautiful place. I can't remember which resort she stayed at (and she is sleeping or else I would ask her). Just from her talking about it made me really want to go, the only negative thing she said was how everything was REALLY expensive. Hopefully you go and have fun!! :)

My office mate just got back from her honeymoon at the Atlantis resort in Bahamas. They loved it. They recommend at least a partial inclusive package (which included lunch and dinner), since the meals are very expensive. They did not tell exactly which part of the resort they stayed, but did say it was fabulous. Have fun!

I have. I thought it was fun, but definitely over-rated. There are people EVERYWHERE and you have to wait in line for the slides and everything. Also, it's ridiculously expensive. We paid $400 for a room that was very mediocre. I'd suggest staying somewhere on Paradise Island near Atlantis but not in Atlantis itself. You don't have to stay there in order to shop, eat, and go to the casino there-anyone can go.
