"Bless up" is like a greeting like hello or whats up??
Phat stuff - just means u r physically appealing............u have to understand thoughthat in the jamaican context Fat girl is most desirable so it would be a compliment... so basically overall he could meam "HELLO SEXY".......
Contrary to the previous amswerer who seemed to have studied dialects............ saying "stuff" does not really mean anything sinister...........saying fat stuff is no different than saying phat lady, or "you hot thing", its the same thing.
I make reference to the popular reggae song with the line "Mr Big Stuff"...........its just means "mr big shot"
