If you've never been on a cruise than go without a suite. See what a regular cabin is like first. You may hate it (doubtful though!) and never want to return to cruising again but you may wish to upgrade due to the wonderful experience you had.

Does the suite have a balcony or window? I would need at least a window (porthole) It's up to you, and if you plan on spending time in the room. Consider the price difference and than make a decision.
good luck

If you can spring it, get the suite. We did a 5 day and if we had been in a smaller cabin it would have been misserable. The late nights out ont he balcony were great.

Well you have the option of a picture window or balcony ................I would take balcony it's well worth it on any cruise, you can sit out there and relax and it makes a huge difference.........
