Are there Irons in the rooms on Royal Caribbean cruises?

I'm going on a cruise and I'm just wondering if the cabins have irons and ironing boards in there like hotels do.

This is from Royal Caribbean's FAQ section. I usually bring my own steamer or iron on board.

Self-service laundry facilities are not provided onboard our ships, but we do offer full laundry and dry cleaning services. We do not provide irons in the staterooms as they constitute a fire hazard.

No cause thet dont want a fire hazard. They offer clothing care at a very very reasonable rate. Pack carefully, roll your clothes and they willnot wrinkle, thus eliminating the need to iron. Have fun we love our cruises!

Tivogal
No,Irons are not allowed because of fire hazards.
There is a laundry facility available however.
royalcarribean.com
has more info on all of that.

How do I wash my clothes while at sea?
Most Caribbean cruise ships have small self service laundry areas. About four washers and dryers or more and a few irons and ironing boards. The cost per washer load averages about $2.00 per washer and $2.00 per dryer load. Vending machines dispense small boxes of detergent and softener at about $1.00 per box.

Hope this helps you out!! Happy cruising!!
