Are there any all-inclusive cruise lines? possibly ones that also include alcohol?

TINKERTOY ..... the 1 & only

There are several luxury cruise lines like Crystal Cruises (http://www.crystalcruises.com/ ), Regent Seven Seas ( http://www.rssc.com/ ) and Silver Seas ( http://www.silversea.com/ ) that include wine and champagne for dinner in the price of the cruise. However, the prices of cruises on these cruise lines are high. You would come out better just doing a cruise on a medium priced cruise line like Princess, Celebrity or Royal Caribbean and just buying drinks.

Regardless of which cruise line you pick, luxury or medium priced the things that are included are pretty much the same. You get all meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and free room service. Also included are all shows, the disco, and use the pools, hot tubs, gym, and all of the recreational equipment on ship (Norwegian goes charge to bowl on its ships with alleys). The only thing you pay for is use of the spa services like getting hair and nails done or massages.

None of the medium priced cruise line like Carnival, Princess, Norwegian, RC, and Holland, etc, have alcoholic beverages included in the cruise price. Some sell a cruise drink card or package for a limited number of drinks but none do unlimited packages.

There are some cruises that include alcohol, but they are VERY expensive and not really worth the extra at all, unless you are planning on drinking swimming pools worth until you pass out every night.

Instead, try a regular cruise, and bring your own bottle of alcohol. Your allowed to have one bottle in your cabin that you purchase (if your going to the caribbean, you can get giant bottles for super cheap, tax free), and keep it in your room to have whenever.

You can buy a drink card, but you do not get any money back for spots left un-punched on your card. I suggest just paying as you want them, or you may end up paying for drinks you never actually drank.

Also, you can save on wine or champagne at dinner by purchasing one bottle, and then asking them to save any undrunk alcohol for your next nights dinner. My parents do this, and usually only buy one or two bottles the whole 10 day cruise.

Sometimes, drinks are free too. If you take a cruise at christmas time, they offer you free Champagne at the champagne fountain, all you want! It just depends on the circumstances.

i'm pretty sure most if not all cruises will include everything edible except soft drinks and alcohol. but when we checked in we were offered to buy this thing that let you drink whatever you want without paying anymore. and this was on Carnival.

Hey, I'd like to know why some gave Tinkertoy's answer a thumbs down. That answer was right-on.

I've cruised on Carnival and the only time alcohol is included is on formal dinner night.

All other times you pay for it. I'd rather pay for it as consumed...not included.
