There are is one line that does have an alcohol package that is an add on to the price of the cruise.
Thomson Cruises have a package at £169 per person on a 7 night cruise. |

Some do packages that have some drinks included. Like Costa has a X1 package you can sign up for--it's $12 dollars a day and includes all the wine, bottled water, and soda. It doesnt seem to include liquor.
Celebrity has this liquor package that includes liquor but can only be consumed in your state room. It's one bottle of liquor and 6 pk of soda for $80.
Royal Caribbean has a package where you get a bottle of wine at dinner each night.
Cruises aren't all inclusive though. You might want to look at all inclusives. Dreams, Beaches, Sandals, Occidental. They would probably be great for you. |

Like some others have said, there are, but they are generally 2-3 times the cost of a regular cruise, and are typically very high end.
I believe Crystal and Regent are two that offer all-inclusive cruises. |

There is a Spanish Cruise line, which has drinks as well as wine during dinner included in their fare. They are reasonable priced and a lot of fun (party time)

I don't think there are any cruise lines like that. On carnival there were a few times were there was served free unlimited alcohol. One was an art auction(really good Chardonnay), and the other was just a wine tasting. |

Not to my knowledge. If they did you would find the price astronomical or hedged with restrictions!
As the credit crunch deepens and bookings drop off they will be lowering the price to get on the ship but increasing all the extras to claw some money back!
Moral of the story? Drink moderately and it won't cost too much! |

There are a few, but they are incredibly expensive. I believe that Regent (Radisson) Cruise Lines are all inclusive - including alcohol, but don't quote me on that. I heard that 3rd hand. |

I believe Raddison and Crystal cruise lines you do get some alcohol. But the price of these cruise lines are almost twice the price of like Princess, or Carnival. |
