I would say that the 4 destinations that you have been to aside, some that automatically come to mind and are very popular(I am Owner of a Travel Agency) are Bermuda, Barbados, Aruba, St Kitts, and St Maartens. They're small in size, they're not "touristy"(in other words, you're going to get the privacy that you seek), and the weather's excellent.
The only issue(and a minor one at that) is basically finding a departure date and having a Travel budget for your proposed trip. At the end of the day, what location you eventually choose will make a difference as to whether a cruise or a stay at an "all-inclusive" Resort makes the most sense.
