Best eastern caribbean cruise lines...?

Looking for an eastern Caribbean cruise line - what is the best for young upbeat couple - no children going. Looking for good fun, onboard entertainment and good off shore runs.

If you don't want kids around then you'll want to stay away from the Major cruise lines and go with more upscale and expensive cruise lines such as Seabourn, SilverSeas.. but then you are risking running in to much older crowd and expensive cruise costs.

So my suggestion would be the little bit upper level than cruise lines such as Carnival and Royal Caribbean, and go with Princess or Celebrity. You'll find refined cruising experience and less children crying during elegant dinner. But avoiding children is easy. Just go during while school is in session. Avoid Summer vacation and holiday and spring break days... not too many parents will take their children out of school for a vacation.

The one I am going on in November is the new Princess Cruise ship called Crown Princess. Its maiden voyage is June 14th on the Eastern Caribbean, so there is no review on this ship yet, but it's brand new and it's Princess cruise line is well known for it's quality and service.. so I don't expect this ship to be any different.

The itinerary goes from San Juan, PR to St. Thomas then St. Kitts, Grenada, Bonaire, Aruba, day at sea and back to San Juan.. Inside room starts at $750 (I have the balcony room.. it's worth the extra) so it's not bad at all for an action packed cruise. 6 stops.. only 1 day at sea. it's going to be an awesome cruise.

Try Princess or Celebrity cruise lines.. you'll love it.

I think that Royal Caribbean would be a good choice. They have good Eastern Caribbean cruises. There will be some kids onboard, but not nearly as many as lines like either Carnival or Disney (not sure if this is important) Carnival is more of a budget line, it is considered more of a Las Vegas style atmosphere. This is also a popular option for adults, but will have more kids.

Princess is going to be a little more expensive, but will have fewer kids onboard. This is a very popular option for adults, it is a little more classy than some of the more budget-friendly cruises.

Royal Caribbean! Go with Voyager Class (formerly the largest ships in the world until the Freedom of the Seas just made it's maiden voyage). There is so much to do. The nightclubs are great along with the mall and casino. You won't be bored! I go every year and haven't gotten bored yet.
