Well there are no cruises from new york to london but cunards are cruising from New York to Southampton and that is a fairly short train or bus ride from London. They got regular trans atlantic crossings with QM2. Check out their homepage.

if you could find a better deal to another location besides southampton, (say barcelona, portugal, or rome), you could always take a short flight to london via easyjet (www.easyjet.com), ryanair.com, or swiss air (www.swiss.com)... usually flights can be booked round trip for under 200 US dollars... sometimes much less. also another great way to get around is by train (excellent system through most of europe). americans have an option of purchasing a eurrail pass (http://www.eurail.com/), which enables free travel between countries.

You can go to Princess.com or cunard cruise lines. Both of these are great companies and I know for sure that cunard cruise lines sails the Alantic often.
