NO, No, no!!! All of the cruise lines, i repeat ALL, require that at least one passenger in each cabin be at least 21 years of age. Carnival requires at least one person to be at least age 25.
Besides that, if you go with anyone other than your parent the cruise lines require a written approval from your parents.
Sorry but those are the rules for all of the major cruise lines serving the US, like Carnival, Princess, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Celebrity, and Holland AMerica. |

I am a travel agent and a cruise specialist. All cruise lines require that at least 1 person in the cabin be over 21, and in some cases 25. There are no exceptions so the answer is NO. |
