|
You are not allowed to bring liquor, but each adult passenger is allowed to bring 1 bottle of wine or champagne aboard during departure.
Once the ship is under way and in a port of call you can bring alcohol onboard, but it will be collected at the gangway, then returned to you the final night of the cruise. |

You're not supposed to bring alcohol on a cruise ship. They do check your luggage and call you to a room and make you pay what they call a "corking fee" and once you pay that you're allowed to keep the alcohol. I think it's $20 or something close to that. |

The only rules I can think of is the ones about bringing in liquor purchased from out of the country and there is legal amounts due to import fees, very good question here. |

YES YOU CAN! One wine bottle per person. Only to be drank in your room. If you bring it to dinner they will charge you a cork fee. |

I dont take it on at departure port, but I have been lucky smuggleing on smaller bottles at the islands. if you do this at every stop you could save alot of money. |

Not typically, they usually confiscate it. I managed to sneak a bottle on by making sure it was a smaller one, plastic Malibu, and buried in in the middle of my suitcase. Maybe they assumed it was a toiletry?
HUGE bottles will give you away.
