Carnival Cruise Dining Rm Seating?
On previous Carnival cruises we have had a great time with the people seated with us at dinner. Our next cruise on the Paradise is different and we are hoping for more private time. Is it possable to request a table for 2 once on board? If so, how? Thanks!
Yeah, just talk to the maitre de, they can put you at a table for 2. plus if you want to switch dining times talk to the same person.

Visit the maitre d after embarkation and they can arrange different seating arrangements for you tho it may mean a different dining time or a diff dining room...

YES YOU CAN FIRST YOU SHOULD REQUEST IT WHEN YOU BOOKED YOUR TRIP IF YOU DIDN'T CALL BACKA ND REQUEST IT THENWE YOU GET ON BOARD GO THE DINING ROOM AND ONCE AGAIN REQUEST IT. IF THERE IS A TABLE AVAILABLE THEY WILL GIVE IT TO YOU.

First thing I'd do is call your travel agent and request a table for two. They might put you on a waiting list, but that's better than nothing.
Then, as soon as you get onboard, go to the dining room. The Maitre d' will be there assigning tables. Be very polite and be sure to mention any special circumstances (anniversary?). If you don't mind what time you eat, he may have more flexibility, too.
If he isn't able to accommodate you on the first night, go back on the 2nd night. Sometimes people ask to be moved around, so something might open up.
