Carnival VS. Royal Caribbean

ONE
- the carnival atmosphere is more of the party-type
- royal caribbean is more family friendly

TWO
- royal caribbean has better food than carnival

THREE
- both ships have very good entertainment schedules
- carnival has more activities going on throughout the day than royal caribbean
- carnival was more casual when it came to the Formal Night

FOUR
- royal caribbean has significantly smaller cabins than carnival does
- carnival also has comfier beds than royal caribbean

FIVE
- getting off of the carnival ship takes longer than getting off of the royal caribbean ship

Here are some tips:

If you aren't the type to do any drinking than I suggest you don't go on any weekend cruises, especially on Carnival.

If you really enjoy good quality food then choose Royal Caribbean.

If you are taking the cruise to relax, go on Royal Caribbean.

On the other hand, if you are taking the cruise to party and have a good time, try Carnival.

In the long run, people always say that Royal Caribbean is better in many ways. I think it all depends on what you like and what your personality is. Just search the two cruises and compare then on their sites.

Have fun on your cruise =]

Go with Royal!

Alexandra
I think the two are quite similar but if I had to choose one it'd be Royal Caribbean.

Carnival vs. Royal Caribbean

1
RCI holds the biggest cruse ship (Oasis of the Seas, under construction). As of the moment, 3 of its ships currently the largest ships
Carnival has the first ship over 100,000 gross tons (Carnival Destiny)

2
RCI Oasis of the Seas has loft suites (2-level) and they are on the highest deck.
The suites there are quite big but, they are a bit smaller than RCI's suites

Lastly, 3
RCI ships are known to have very remarkable features, such as the Vision class, the ships of light since they have many large windows and open areas, the Radiance class, the ships of glass since it has a large amount of glass, and the Oasis class, the incredible ships since they will be the world's largest ships.
Carnival ships has not that much of a remarkable feature, but they all have pool slides, the latest, Carnival Splendour, having 3 slides in the ship.

Winner: RCI(and I am not joking around!)
So, come and ride
Royal Caribbean International and... Get Out ThereTM
