Carnival Sensation out of Port Canaveral, or Carnival Inspiration out of Tampa. Both are great, reasonably priced, and offer you as much or as little fun as you want.

It depends what you're looking for.

We found a 7 night cruise on the web for Norwegian (a luxury cruise line) for under $400/person. They usually run more than $800/person.

The cheaper lines are Princess and Celebrity, and it's mainly a floating booze-fest. If you like that, then go for it.

If you look carefully online, you'll be able to find what you're looking for in your budget.

Depends on where you live, if you live in Miani, you take take a cruise to the carribeans for 3 days for only a few hundred bucks, or if you live in LOs Angeles, you can take a cruise to Baja Mexico for a couple of days for cheap too.

Go to the Cruise lines website and sign up for their email newsletters, they then send you information about special offers and 1 day only offers and you can get things like free upgrades and often free onboard credit.
This is especially true with Carnival cruises.
Hope you have a great time.

Try Carnival. We sailed from Galveston to Cozumel & Progresso last year. Prices were good and the cruise was GREAT!
