yes you can get signal but the roaming charges are outrageous! But if you call from your cabin the charges are even higher, so if you have to call someone your cell phone will probably be the cheapest way unless you use the internet, 10cents a minute. |

You prob. can. but its not cheap at all. You would have to use International roaming charges. Expect the cost to be about $4.50/minute or higher. |

You can probably find out by going to Verizon's website or by calling them. There will probably be service, but it's likely to be pricey. |

I would call verizon and ask them. It is best to know what to expect before you make the calls. I can tell you that I have sprint, and since St. Thomas is US territory, I don't get charged extra for making calls there. I think I was able to with T Mobile as well. I also was able to make calls when I was in San Juan, which is also US territory. The others are not US territory, so my best guess would be a higher charge, but ask verizon. They may offer a special rate. Good luck and have a great time. |
