Go to the cruise line websites and you can find some good deals.
You can get an inside room ( no windows ) really cheap. You are going during peak season so it will cost a little more.
You will have a great time. |

hey, i went on a cruise when i was 16, on the Australian ship, Pacific Dawn, out to the south pacific islands. Simply amazing. I am now saving, hoping to go on another one, at the end of my gap year, before uni. You will love it, everything is done for you, all you have to do is eat and sleep. he he. and swim if you can be bothered.. no idea of the cost, but mine was a 10 night, in a outside cabin, for AU$1,800

EXTREMELY FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Depending on if you gamble, you should take between $500-$1,000. On the ship, everything is put on a credit/debit card. If you gamble, you can also put it on the card. DON'T. Just gamble the first 2 days, then GET OUT. Don't play Bingo. Total ripoff. Don't buy anything or get massages or hair done until the very end of your cruise. EVERYTHING WILL BE 50-60% OFF!!! They will have sales on t-shirts at the end of the cruise.
Don't buy LIQUOR because you think it will be cheap. You will HAVE TO GO THROUGH CUSTOMS when you leave the ship AND IT'S A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. Just buy it if you plan on drinking on board.
Let's talk MAKE-UP. Carnival has a Clinique Travel set that is only sold on the cruise. It is the best value. The makeup lasts forever and come in beautiful colors. Otherwise, buy all your makeup in Mexico or when you get off the ship. CHEAP! |

This can vary greatly,but you can go to vacationstogo.com for some of the best prices around or go directly to a specific cruise company web site to see what they offer. Do note that June and July is Hurricane season and there are not a lot of ships that go to the caribbean that times of the year. I do know that Carnival does though. |
