Hi!
I have never been on Thomson, but you can learn more about the cruiseline at cruisecritic.com. There is also a Thomson board there to ask questions about Thomson if any arise. I have heard that it is a nice cruise line with good food! I'd like to try it someday.
I have been on five cruises. Four have been Carnival and one was Princess. All five were WONDERFUL. The days at sea are so much fun. I spent time hanging out with people I met. It is so easy to make friends on a cruise! There are shows that you can see, pools, movies, restaurants, and activities going on throughout the day. On many ships, there is also a library if you like to read. I usually spent my days at sea with friends listening to music, eating ice cream, and riding the elevators up and down, but as you can see, there are many things to do.

I've never been on that particular cruise line but I have cruise with Carnival and RCL and the experience was awesome. There's never a dull (or hungrey) moment. On your day at sea sleep in, order room service, relax by the pool, do any activities you haven't got to do yet (casino, rock wall, etc) shop. The day at sea is usually when they have the most activities since you will be on board all day, that might also be the day for the belly flop contest or the men hairy chest/sexy legs contest..lol. Have fun! |

This is what I did on my cruise when I had a day at sea,
I read, swam, played soccer and basketball, ate, drank, and relaxed. Twas a Disney Cruise.
You can also socialize with the girls ;), or guys. |

It much better than booking a hotel all inclusive resort
when you pay the tariff has everything including food amenities except drinks you can spend all the day in Jacuzzi of the swimming pool . |

If you like dressing up lots then you will like a cruise, its more for older people than younger i would say but still very good. Some cruises offer more things for young people but when i went on a cruise i didnt enjoy it much. The food was fantastic but i put on nearly a stone in 16 days! |
