All cruise pricing is per person based on double occupancy. Cruise lines charge hefty "single supplements" if you sail alone. Typically single supplements are between 150 to 200% if the cruise fare. (no I didn't add an extra 0)
If you share a cabin with another person, you'll both pay the published rate and no single supplement. Third or fourth persons in the same cabin pay substantially less than the first and second person. |

If you are planning on taking a cruise, it is always better to sail with someone. If it is just you, one person, in a cabin, they charge 200% of the cruisefare for that one person. If you have two people in the cabin it is better.
If you add another and have three or four in the cabin, the cost is less, because they charge less for them, so splitting the total three ways, or four ways, is a great deal.
Just make sure that the people you are with, you like!
