Well, cruise ships cannot go to Orlando, since Orlando is an inland city, but there are cruises that go from Ca. to Fl. through the Panama Canal. So check with a travel agent or call a few cruise lines. I just entered "Panama canal cruises" in the search bar and immediately found one that goes from San Francisco to Ft. Lauderdale Fl. I am sure there are others similar.

Orlando is landlocked, so none do.

I don't know of any repositioning cruises from San Francisco to Port Canaveral (the closest port to Orlando). If there were any, they'd only take place once or twice a year, to possibly reposition for the Alaska season.

Mariner of the Seas will be repositioning from Port Canaveral to Los Angeles, but is taking the long way around, down around South America, because it won't fit through the Panama Canal.

As stated above Orlando is an inland city so no cruises to there. The closest cruise port is port carneval a couple of hours away not far from the space centre. But I do find it unlikely that such a cruise would go regulary between thoose places. But you could be lucky if a cruise ship switches between the east and the west coast. On the other hand cruises between florida (miami and fourt lauderdale mostly) and california (la mostly) using panama channel is more comon. Johan.
