Do you need a passport to go on the Bahama cruise?

And is there a cruise line that leaves from Seattle, WA? Also if you went on the cruise, how was it? I was wanting to leave in Feb, next year.

People that say you must have a passport anytime you go out of the country are just plain wrong. Under some circumstances you do not need a passport. If you are going on a "loop" cruise that begins and ends in the same U.S. port, you do not need a passport...no matter where it goes. if you are going on a cruise that ends in a different port , then you need one. it is advisable to have one. See 1st site for the law and 2nd for application info.

If you are going out of the country anytime, anywhere, you need a passport. Even on a cruise!

These are the ships that leave from Seattle, WA:

Royal Caribbean

Princess Cruises
www.princess.com

Holland America Line

Hope you have fun on your cruise =]

A cruise leaving from Seattle in February ? I don't think so.
Ships go to Seattle in around May and leave from there in September. In order to get even close to the Bahamas you would need to look at a repositioning cruise of about 20 days - going through the Panama Canal.

Holland America has a cruise like that - but not in February and not to the Bahamas.

Go to the websites of the cruise lines and search be departure port
