Does Carnival Cruise have babysitters on the ship for infants?

My family and I are going on Fantasy and we are taking my daughter who will be 15 months old at the time. I read on their website about the babysitters they have for children 2 yrs. and up but didn't mention anything about babysitters for younger children. Do they have sitters for younger children on the cruise and if so, how much is it?
Additional Details
Also, I have NOT leaving my child with a sitter. I have consulted my child's pediatrician and she says that it won't be a problem for her to go. So, I AM TAKING HER!!!!

Carnival may have babysitters for younger children available. I would call the cruise line directly to ask if they have this service. I also found a page that compares the child care services for each of the cruise lines.

Your infant will NOT enjoy this experience - nor will your family and probably other cruisers. If possible, you should make arrangements for the child to stay with a relative.

There is NOTHING for the child to do onboard and she will NOT be allowed in any of the pools as they don't permit diapered children in them....it is a health hazard.

Babysitting is very expensive and is available from around 9-10:00PM in the evening until around 3-4:00AM. The child must be taken to the Camp Carnival facility when you need a babysitter...they don't come to your cabin.

call the cruise line. They can give you details. Some do not have sitters for infants. Some do.

Why are you taking a 15 month old on a cruise? What if he/she gets sea sick, or just plain sick? Bad idea.

Although children under 2 are not allowed in camp carnival, babysitting services are available in the evening at $6 per hour for the first child and $4 for each additional child. However, on most carnival ships, children under 2 can utilize Camp Canival facilities (with a parent) during "open family time".

By the way, I have heard many people who took a young child on a cruise wish that they hadn't. If possible, you may want to consider leaving your child at home. Of course, all those I heard this from had children with them under 1 year old, so the child wasn't walking or able to do much. Good luck and have fun.

PS - children in diapers are not allowed to use the carnival pools or hot tubs for sanitary reasons.

See websites below.does npot specify ages. I believe you would do best to call the cruise line and ASk or use their e-mail contct us service, to know for sure. nothing else is going to tell you for sure what is going to be available on your specific cruise. Fee is $6.00 per hr.
