Depending on what do you want to do (e.g. guide, entertainer, disc jockey, dance or fitness Instructor, host, carpenter, chef etc.) you can send your CV to one of the agencies dealing with the cruise ship jobs.
Some good links are

Good luck!

Most ships will work yo to the bone but , Norwegian cruise lines has 3 ships that sail the Hawaiian islands. Since they fly under an american flag they have to follow all of the american labor laws. Great gig if you can get it.

No but what a COOL job!
I would look it up on the web.
Try searching..Cruise ship emolyment and see what you find. You might also go to ASK.COM...Emplyment on cruise ships.
Ask.com I have found to be font of finding information like that.

Call a travel agency?... Nah, probably not but maybe.

Good LUCK!!! That sounds like a really cool and fun job!

Having taken five cruises on five different cruise lines, I would advise you to think twice before you decide to work as a waiter or room steward. In my five cruises there were NO AMERICANS doing those jobs. The reason: very low pay, very little time off to visit those exotic places, and very hard work. Much work is also being done as we passengers are sleeping. It is NOT AS GLAMOROUS AS IT SOUNDS.

Be careful of the website "agencies" offering to send your CV to dozens of cruise companies. They charge for this service - but it does not mention until you actually pay the charge that it is for only 3 MONTHS and they set up a direct debit to take the same amount every 3 months until they either find you a job or you cancel the direct debit. I paid the charge and, other than a brief one -line acknowledging email, I never heard anything again from the agency. Luckily I cancelled the direct debit immediately they had taken the first payment - which is probably why they made no effort to find me a job!

Just remember, they can work you to the bone because you have nothing else to do and no place to escape to! That is what I've heard, anyway. (but the money is usually great)

if you are fitness instructor, its easy and they need them bad! A great part time job for 6 months.
