Each cruiseline has its own limit for how long into a pregnancy you can cruise. Your second trimester should be safe on all the cruiselines.

You have to have a note from your doctor saying that you're not more than 24 weeks pregnant in most cases. I've heard that they strictly enforce this, and people have been turned away at the pier. Plus, think if something happens at sea. You'd have to pay for an extremely costly helicopter ride back to a hospital, let alone the dangers it would pose to your baby. Just play it safe and don't exceed their limits. It's not worth it if something would happen.

if you are over 25 weeks, you can not cruise. too much risk.

I have not been pregnant on the cruise, but you can't go if you are 5 mos or more pregnant.

I went with a friend who was 5 months pregnant at the time. I think 6 months is as far along as you can be. She had a great time. The 24 hour room service was a wonderful thing :)
