Does the weather affect the price of a cruise?
If the cruise gets a bit more expensive, does that mean that the weather is expectede to be nice.. or what..a little background: I am 16 going on a carnival paradise cruise to catlina island and mexico leaving l.a. on april 6 thru 10.. so if that doesnt affect thew price what does.. thanks
No they raise the prices when the cruise is close to sold out and lower them if not many are booking.
The only place where any weather has an impact is if you take a cruise to Alaska. That place has such a short season that May and September are much cheaper and July is always most expensive. That is really more "climate" than "weather."
MurderMyIsland!
Im guessing no, considering my family went on two Carnival Cruises, both at almost the same price, we ended up being in glorious summer weather of the Bahamas and then some winter weather. Basicly a rip off.

It's becaseu that is when kids are on Spring Break so they raise the price because they think they will earn more money that way. It has to do with when people go on more vacations. More people = higher prices.

The price mostly depends on the seasons.
Like during summer the prices are pretty low because it is really hot in places like that.

How do they know what the weather will be like when they are selling tickets many months ahead........
Answer is NO................. but it may affect the comfort and fun of the cruise.

Weather has nothing to do with the price of the cruise.
Basically it's what section of the ship you're staying in such as top deck with window and your own balcony (first class) or several decks down. (most economical)
The time of the year you travel also affects the prices as well.
