All the time. Definitely all the time.

I used to go sailing, its divine, but I am afraid of getting sick and then? A simple tooth abscess could kill you.

Frequently. Only in recent months it's sort of turned from a boat into an RV.

yeah! Lets do it together as a 'joint' thing then we can get an even bigger boat!

Yes. The reality of the dream is a much different boat. Sailing requires skill and education, which includes navigation and knowledge of the 'rules of the road'. Also a boat requires maintenance and repairs, so unless you have the skills to do them yourself, you must pay someone else to perform - can be very expensive.
Its a wonderful dream but marinas all over the world are filled with boats that were purchased with that "sunset thought" and languish in their berths.
In reality, most people never make the leap. If you are serious, take sailing classes, read about boats, talk to people knowledgeable about boats, check the $$ for boat ownership - and then, if it all adds up to you, take the plunge.

Done that.. Of course the sun sets in the West Indies.
be careful not to leave a Storm and end up in a hurricane.

love to but cant sail so probably wouldn't get out of the harbour let alone make the sunset ,but it would be nice
