Hey! We both answered on the question about the 'Simple packing list'. Grats on best answer lol. You should know what to pack - just use your own list!!

I am going on a P&O Pacific Sun cruise on 20 December leaving from Brisbane :) So excited!

You will have heaps of fun and they will always keep you occupied! Just wear comfy clothes during the day - but at dinner you must wear evening casual (ie. dress, nice clothes. no shorts or jeans). Same at the captains dinner (you wear your nicest clothes then)

What to pack-depends on where you are going.If warm then bathing suits,shades,flip-flops,sunscreen etc,
What to on board- all cruise lines have different activities that are interesting to people of all ages.
What are cruises like-well AMAZING. You board the ship and for how ever long your cruise is you are free to do pretty much anything you want. There are people who clean your room, make your bed, wait on you for whatever you may require, you meet people from all over the world, see some beautiful scenery and places to name afew
What to wear- comfort clothes and sneaks

Pack light. Mostly warm weather clothing, but include at least one pair of long pants and a jacket/sweatshirt/sweater that you can use when it gets chilly (often on the water after dark). Pack regular vacation clothing, and one nice dress/pantsuit for the formal/semiformal nights (the degree of fanciness is up to you). Don't forget a swimsuit and good walking shoes.

What to do on board; lay around and do nothing, see a show, play bingo, play in the casino, go to art show, eat, swim, spa treatments, workout, eat some more, dance, drink, wine tasting, watch a movie, karaoke.... and more. There is so much to do.

Cruises are fun fun fun!!!!! And so relaxing! You'll never want to leave.

What to wear on a day tour: Well, this depends on where you are and what you are doing. If you are going snorkeling in Mexico you'll want to wear something totally different than if you are going hiking in Alaska :) If you know what activities you plan on doing, you can prepare beforehand.

What to wear on the ship: Whatever you want!!! Within reason. I wear shorts during the day and long pants in the evening. I get cold on the water. If you spend all day in the pool, than jeans won't be appropriate, lol. The only time there is a strict dress code is at the evening mean. No swimwear, shorts, jeans, etc.
