Finding Work on a German Cruise Ship?

I have two priorities at the moment:

1) Save Money
2) Learn German

I thought a fantastic way would be to spend 4 months on a German Cruise ship..... trouble is I dont know how about finding a job.... please help!

Harding bros runs shops on some 45 ships, they are always desperate for people who speak german... you dont have to speak perfect german and they love uk employees, since they are uk based.

its also nice cause since the shops dont open on port, you usualy get your days off...
