Cruise lines operate year around all over the world. While some itineraries like Alaska, New England/Canada, and the Mediterranean are seasonal, others like Caribbean and Mexico seasons are year around. So there is a need for staff people all of the time.
What you should do is contact Royal Caribbean at their headquarters office in Miami, or use the web links below to get information and leads for positions they are recruiting for.
Also, the Celebrity Cruise Line is now a partner with Royal Caribbean, same company. SO you should contact both. And Celebrity has started a new cruise line called Azamara which they should be recruiting for.
