Going on a cruise to Jamiaca, any suggestions of what excursions I should do?

I love Jamaica!! You must do Dunn's River Falls! Try to go on a "tour" though, doing the falls without a guide will get you bruised and scraped up. Snorkling in Montego Bay and a tour of the Fern Gully Rain Forest. Also try a cab ride tour of some of the island. Have fun!!!!!

id say go buy yourself a eighth of that quality jamaican, sit back, smoke, and enjoy the countryside from a whole different view.

I wasn't impressed with Dunn's River falls. It was such a letdown for the drive we endured from Negril. Be sure to spend time in Negril. Go snorkeling, diving. I got hooked on diving after snorkeling there. Bring an disposable underwater camera.

Do Dunns River Falls- it is very pretty- great for pictures and you are in the water and active all day. It is so much fun. Just make sure you are not alone. You must walk by several vendors at the end to get back to the parking lot and they are VERY aggressive. They will grab your arm and it is a little intimidating if you are alone. Also, FYI- if you are looking to buy, just purchase a pipe from a vendor at the end of the falls- he will then direct you to another vendor.

Dunn's Falls or go horseback riding-you can swim with the horses.Book your excursions through the ship.

snorkeling or scuba diving ... also go to shoretrips.com you can book excursions and it will save you money.

I went on a cruise to Jamiaca and if you smoke weed...DONT get caught...you will get busted, they send guys out to the land undercover looking for cruise members buying drugs..but if you dont smoke weed and have no intention to buy anything like that...YOure golden!!! Have fun..I want to go again!!! BTW I wasnt one of the guys that this has happend too..I saw it..thank god I brought my own weed...lol

Dunn River Falls is a great place to visit. Your ship should have a shore excursion there.

I have to disagree about Dunn River's Falls. It was quite the experience if you are brave enough to try to climb the falls without snaking back and forth. My husband and I climbed straight up the middle and we had a great time & I don't know of any other waterfalls you can climb.
