I have been on THREE!!!!! I love them!
1st cruise- Los Angeles, Catalina Island, Encenada Mexico, San Diego
2nd cruise- Orlando, St. Thomas USVI, St Marten DWI, Nasaau Bahamas
3rd cruise- Philadelphia, Bermuda
I love every minute of it! There is tons to do on a cruise ship, they build them like small cities now a days, the pool, the night clubs, even if ur underage, they have a night club 4 u, shop because everything is tax free! arcade, free food all the time, and they prepare fun activites throughout the ENTIRE day for all ages. There is no down time on the ship. ALWAYS something to do. All of my cruises were 7 nights long.

I have been on 3, 4, and 7 day cruises, and planning an 8 day for next year.

we have been to Nassau, Freeport Bahamas, St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Belize, Costa Maya, and Cozumel. We are planning Colon Panama, Lima Costa Rica for next year.

Our experience was great. Everyone stayed busy with shows, the casino, going to some of the bars occasionally, eating, sleeping, the pool, the water slide.

An experience you can not get on land. And once paid, everything but alcohol and soda's are free on board. and the casino and gift shops and photos of course. But it was worth it.

Question Guy
I've never been on one, but here's a short video someone made about their european cruise:
http://www.bofads.com/stories/cruise.htm
It may give you a flavor of what cruising is like

Yeas 25 to Alaska - 7 day the rest 14 + days.
The Experience was Amazing.
Passing time - many activities for people of all ages, meeting new people, taking in the Beautiful sites, Wildlife to name afew.
On a cruise no matter who you are or your net worth everyone is treated the same. The staff is really great as if you do not see something they will get for you. You wake up each morning in anew port with new experiences to explore.
Best way to travel.

7x! Carnival ALWAYS, though my sis has been on Princess once and insists I try it sometime....

Caribbean ALWAYS!

My favorite is one out of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Goes to St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Dominica, Aruba, Venezuela....(I feel like I'm forgetting one)...it is a 7 day adventure. At the time, it was on the Carnival Paradise, but I believe she's leaving out of a new port now, so I don't know which ship is currently running this route, but it is the best route I've taken yet, and I am dying to go again!

Oh, I can't wait for my next trip...!

twice....
once in Goa...
secondly in Singapore....
both times it was a lovely experience....

Highly Favoured
My first was last year on the carnival destiny. It was great since it was my first experience. Unfortunately it was a holiday in 3 of the islands but as a ship was in some stores still open. I love to shop so that was my main purpose. I was glad to go to St. Maarten. It was to St. Lucia, St. Maarten, Antigua and St Lucia, it was for about 4 days and my home port Barbados.

My last one was the bomb. It was for 2 weeks on the Sea Princess. I came back Sat Nov 29 so still reeling from it. I had more time to explore the ship, be involve in activities like learning rumba, and line dancing. These were all free. The majority of nights there was a show in the theater except for one night a movie showed.

There was a band from St. Lucia name Opus that break down the ship. had lots of people dancing with their hand in the air and a congaline.

The food was great with many themes like seafood night or Indian. Lots of steakThe only thing that I did not like was the automatic debit of the credit card with gratuities which was 10.50 per day per person for 14 days. I prefer to give whomever I want and that is what I did.

I left Barbados and went to, Dominica, St. Maarten, Antigua, Dominican Republic, Tortola, Jamaica, Curacao, Bonaire, Margarita, Grenada and Trinidad with 2 days at sea.

I must say that the sea was a bit rough at times but that did not stop me from enjoying myself. When it rock one way I went the other way.

I have just came from posting some pics on facebook so if you want I can send you the link to see. Just e-mail me.

Hi
I have spend the last 20 years traveling around the world on cruising ,i have experienced a lot of beautiful sunny days, but I also experienced many troubled waters ,specially around England in winter time at bay of Biscay and in the North sea .
But is very nice to cruise ,much better then going to a place on vacation and staying at a hotel.
I had cruises that lasted a couple of weeks ,but most of them lasted more then a month,I use to go to The Baltic, the Mediterranean ,the South America the Caribbean and North sea.

The time pass very quick on you are on board ,there are all sort of things you can do,and when you go ashore time runs even faster.
Have a nice Sunday
