I took a week long Caribbean cruise on Liberty of the Seas last summer.
It was fantastic -- but expensive. |

I have cruised before and I loved it! I went on the Crown Princess in 2006 for my sister's wedding and it was great. We visited the Eastern Caribbean and Bermuda (St. Thomas, San Juan, and Grand Turk). It was perfect the food was awesome, the ship was brand new and the islands are beautiful. I would love to go every year but it is quite expensive. |

I've been on 3 cruises and am currently planning our 4th. I've loved every cruise I've been on and never had any problems with anyone or felt unsafe.
All of our cruises have been in the winter, December, February and November. The next one will probably be in November also.
We've gone to Cozumel, Mexico; Grand Cayman; Nassau and Freeport Bahamas; San Juan; Grand Turk; and St. Thomas,
The weather at Cozumel which we went to in December was warm, almost hot. We swam with the stingrays in Grand Cayman, in December.
We went snorkeling in Grand Turk on Thanksgiving Day.
I really liked taking a break from the cold winter weather at home and being able to enjoy warm tropical weather. It makes the winter seem shorter somehow.
I don't think the weather changes a whole lot from summer to winter down there so it's probably just as nice in the summer.
However, I personally wouldn't ever book a cruise between like August and October, because then you risk having to deal with hurricanes, and I'm not a risk taker. |

They are too dangerous. Too many crazies you are stuck with for days. too many deaths go unsolved. Food poisonings and pirates at sea. Sars outbreaks. NO THANK YOU to CRUISES too risky for me I want to relax and enjoy myself not to have to worry about pirates or disease or crime. |

DONT GO ITS TOO RISKY. THIS LATEST WOMAN ACCIDENTIALLY OVERBOARD AND MISSING IS THE LATEST OF TEN PEOPLE ONLY THIS YEAR. ALOT OF DEATHS GO UNSOLVED ON CRUISE LINES. RAPES BY SOME CREWS OF SOME LINES DUE TO TAKING ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN WHO DRINK TOO MUCH ON THE CRUISE THEN ARE AFRAID TO PRESS CHARGES AND WHEN THEY DO ITS KEPT HUSH HUSH. SARS AND FOOD POISONING ABOUND. DO NOT GO ON A CRUISE THEN THERE ARE PIRATES. TAKE A PLANE ITS FAR SAFER. |
