Cruising doesnt fit all but being on a cruise ship could be as fun as you make it! What you have is basicly a moving nightclub that follows you every night plus a sun resort up in the roof so if any of this activitets atracts your husband he definitely want to go! And the ships programme will be filled with intressting activitets the entire cruise.
I am male and I have a hard time bealiving that anyone could be bored on a cruise. especially if that one is going with a girlfriend... Johan. |

i am a boy and the days at sea were the best! trust me, especially on carnival, no i'm not talking the disco but it is really cool to walk around the ship and see it's beauty.
hopefully both of you go and if you do enjoy your cruise |

My boyfriend didn't think he would enjoy the "cruise part" either, but wanted to see the different destinations. The time onboard is a blast. There is a casino, bars, pools, (other sports activities depending on the ship), and not to mention all of the shows and games they have onboard. If you can't have fun on a cruise, you can't have fun anywhere. They are a blast. By the end of the first night of our cruise, my boyfriend thanked me and said this is the most amazing experience! So, beg and plead LOL. He will have a blast once you get him there. |

okay if i had a chance to go on a cruise and my husband didn't want to go i would first try to convince him to go by telling him it will make you happy and you'll owe him one one day when he wants to do some thing you don't. if that doesn't work tell him fine your going with out him. you got to look out for number one. its your life. when your dying do you want to say ah that was the sh!t or ehhh at least HE never had to do anything he didn't want to. |

Doesn't the fun STOP when you get off the boat..? |

It depends on the ship and the activities they offer. I went on a carnival cruise and was bored because they didn't have activities and what they did offer they charged for. Since then I tried royal caribbean and find them to be a more enjoyable cruise line. They offer a variety of activities, and its nearly impossible to be bored. Research the cruise line and ship and make sure it fits your cruise personality. |

This sounds like the exact same argument my parents used to have. My Mom finally said "I'm going! You can come with me or I'll find someone else to go with me!" He moaned and whined through all the arrangements, but went with her. He came back a complete convert and started planning a family cruise for the following year. Don't know if this tactic will work on your boyfriend, but if it doesn't I'm sure someone else (less pigheaded and open to fun) will go with you! |

Its more exciting the days you arent in mexico
I went on a carnival cruise and it was supposed to go to
cayman mexico and jamaica...
and it ended up only going to cayman
bc a hurricane was brewing so we sat on the ship 6 days
it was GREAT
food is the best part, food bars, and shows.
be careful tho, i did get robbed by like a 16yr old boy! |

I wouldn't either... on a ship in international waters there are no laws. No one will enforce squat. Not safe. Go to a nice resort instead. I liked the Bahia Tulum in Mexico (the Mayan Rivera) but if your looking for excitement go to Cancun (very different feel from the Rivera). |
