Go to your local passport office and file for it. It cost 90 dollars, and take up to four weeks to process. You would need 2 Id's and a pair of photos you can obtain at Walgreen's. About the visa, it all depends were are you traveling to. |

If you need a passport, you go to the local courthouse or govenment office center, and apply for one. Visas are dependant on the country you are travelling to. For a visa, you apply, usually by mail, at the embassy of the country you want to visit. |

if you are an american citizen and you need a passport or visa to travel...
A passport can usually be applied for in most US Post Offices. You need a birth certificate and photo ID, as well as an official passport photo, which the post office can tell you where you can obtain one of those, sometimes they provide the photo service. Fill out the application and give them the fee, and in something like 10 weeks, you will have a passport.
As for a VISA, I don't know, but you need a reason to travel that long - either for school, or for work. If that is the case, your university or your employer should be able to help you obtain a visa. |
