You need to contact the cruise lines directly. On their web sites you will find a link to jobs, employment, human resources or some such link that will give you information about their positions. Some sites even have current vacancies they are recruiting for. Several cruise lines have new ships coming out soon so opportunities will be there. Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Disney and some others will have new ships launched in the next couple years.

On Princess cruise ships, most of the staff excluding the entertainers are from the Philippines, so I would have to say yes you can work on a cruise ship. Just so you know, they do put in a lot of hours each day. |

You need to get in touch with a hiring partner/recruiter over in the Philippines. Jobs for Philippine citizens are plentiful aboard ship. There are more Filipinos working aboard cruise ships than any other nationality.
Unfortunately, I do not know of any hiring partners over there. |

Yes.
I've cruised on a cruise line called "Orient Line". All of the visible staff (wait staff, clerks, cabin stewards, etc.) were Oriental. That line, however, has recently been purchased by Star Cruises which specializes in Oriental cruising - and they are hiring. |
