I have the same problem, so what I do is diet before a cruise and loose tens pounds. Then while on the cruise, we don't eat in the buffet, or if you do use a smaller plate, not the platters. If you eat in the dinning room, you have a portion control there. Try some of the spa menu's too. They are really good. But, I still gain a few pounds on every cruise, just not as bad as my first 2 cruises that I took. |

Its impossible!!!!
Just kidding, you dont have to eat everything they offer you. If you want to take advantage of the food, eat a smaller portion, burgers at 2 am aren't necessary, a plate full of desert right after brunch isn't necessary. |

Uhm, just go to the gym for a little while each morning or each night, before you go party. Or eat healthier.
